The formation of the mountains and the glacial valleys that impress us can be explained during a visit to the interpretative centre of the Zêzere valley.
On this route, you will also have the opportunity to learn about the pastoral traditions of the Serra da Estrela and the process of making Burel fabric.
We end your day with a small cheese tasting of Serra da Estrela cheeses at the highest place, the Torre.
